The Nashua Buddhist Meditation Group offers, free of charge, a regular space for Unitarian Universalist Church members and people from Nashua and surrounding areas to join together to practice meditation. Experienced meditation teachers are available for meditation instruction. Our teachers also help us develop our understanding of meditation through the ancient Buddhist teachings. All forms of silent meditation are welcome.
We meet every Wednesday evening. One week we will give a talk and the next we meditate for the entire hour.
You are invited to stay after for some social time with us.
