We are beginning a four session series on “The four thoughts that turn the mind to the Dharma”. These teachings are common to all the various schools of Buddhism and form the basis for all the many practices that support our awakening.

Wednesday, March 11 – The Four Thoughts: Karma, by John Barnard
Wednesday, March 18 – The Four Thoughts: Suffering, by Phyllis Murray
The talks begin shortly after the end of our meditation sessions, at 7:30 PM. There will be an opportunity for questions and discussion. This portion of our time together should last about half an hour. Following this session we will have a short social gathering with tea and goodies for all who wish to stay and get to know one another better.
